When you have completed your order, you will receive within 24 hours an email confirmation of the shipping date. 95% of all orders are shipped within 48 hours after ordering! If we can not deliver your order immediately we will put your order on “Processing” and send you an email for confirmation and an estimation when we will be able to ship your order. When your order is shipped, you will also receive an email confirmation.

TNT Registered Mail /or/ ABC Registered Mail

A lot of packages are send with registered mail. For most countries we choose for ABC Mail, for some countries we choose TNT. We have the best experiences with registered mail. It’s relatively cheap and it’s safe. When you receive the package, you have to sign for it. If you’re not at home; you will find a message that you can pick up the package at your local post-office. ABC Parcel + /and/ TNT Parcel +

For most European countries & USA we choose to send packages with a weight more than 500 grams (from an order of 5 CD’s or 2 vinyls) as a Parcel + package. This means we can follow your package to your door (handy if it’s get lost) and it is insured. It’s the same procedure as registered mail: When you receive the package, you have to sign for it. If you’re not at home; you will find a message that you can pick up the package at your local post-office. Please also read hereunder: No Package arrived?

TNT Priority

For most European countries, North America and Japan we choose to send 1 CD by priority mail. It’s the cheapest and quickest way.

Courier Service (DHL/Fedex)

This is our courier service and your package will be at your doorstep within 2-4 days. It’s our most expensive shipping method and our quickest! When you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us, and from Rapid Air Shipping with track & trace number.

NO PACKAGE ARRIVED? // YOU MISSED THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE?

Don't worry if you missed the delivery of your package. With most of our shipping methods, the packages will be offered two or three times at your door.
TNT & ABC Mail shipments:
If you have missed the “door-calls”, all shipments by TNT & ABC Mail will automatically wait a couple of weeks for you at your local post office to be picked up (you should receive a note about this).
Rapid Air Shipments
If you still have missed the “door calls”, all shipments by Rapid Air you will receive a note of a courier on which you will see where you can pick up your package.

1. Remark TNT & ABC Mail shipments! If you have not received a note or letter to pick up your package at your local post office; please go to your local post office and ask for your package: 90% of all our missing packages send by TNT or ABC Mail are waiting for you on your local post office, even if you have not received a note that your package is on your local post office note!!!! So, please go there and ask for you package!!
2. TIP! Change your shipping & Billing address When you filled in the form for billing and shipping address, you can choose for a different billing and shipping address. As 90% of all our send packages are offered at daytime we advise to fill in the address where you are at daytime (e.g. work-address). You can change your shipping address anytime, so do it now!

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

All our shipments are insured and registered by one or more unique numbers/forms. If for whatever reason the shipment has not delivered to you, within reasonable time, your order will be reshipped for free! Please email your missing shipment with your order number to: info@vinyl-masterpiece.com. We will investigate the location of your package, if we can not trace your package within reasonable time, we will send again your order for free. DELIVERY TIME

When you place an order with Vinyl-masterpiece.com, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Please take into consideration that Vinyl-masterpiece.com needs two business days for order handling.

CALCULATING COSTS

Shipping costs for orders from Vinyl-masterpiece.com depend upon the methods and options you choose. In addition, shipping costs are calculated based upon the total order weight and your country. Usually, shipping costs increase per 250 - 500 gr. order weight. TIP! To save shipping costs, try to combine products within one order.

RETURNS

Vinyl-masterpiece.com will only accept returns when the product(s) ordered is/are damaged or can not be used otherwise. You have the possibility to cancel your order within 48 hours after you have placed your order at vinyl-masterpiece.com. You can always send back the damaged product(s), which will be replaced for the same product(s) after we have received the damaged product(s).
