No you are logged in into your account. To see what's going on with your order please click on the button as shown below YOUR ORDER STATUS.
Now you'll see an overview of all your placed orders. You'll see also a button TRACK YOUR PARCEL. Click on that button.
Now you'll be redirected to a webpage outside our shop where you can see your shipping status and where your order is located. See below images (in this case an example of a parcel to the UK)
